Warranty Coverage
StationPC provides this limited Warranty to individual consumers (“Consumer” or “you”) who purchase a new, eligible StationPC device directly from the official StationPC website or an authorized sales channel. This Warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to subsequent owners or users.
Covered Devices
This Warranty applies exclusively to new, physical StationPC products. A product is covered if the Warranty is included in the original packaging or explicitly referenced during the online sales or setup process. Product registration is not required to qualify for coverage.
Warranted Functionality
Under normal usage, StationPC warrants that the covered device (“Device”) will perform substantially in accordance with its published technical specifications and accompanying documentation for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date (“Warranty Period”).
If the Device relies on StationPC software or services to achieve its warranted functionality, StationPC will ensure those services remain available during the Warranty Period. However, StationPC reserves the right to update, modify, or limit software and services at its discretion, provided that core functionality is maintained or improved.
Warranty Exclusions:
This Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Defects or damage caused by:

Misuse, neglect, or abuse.
-
Accidents (e.g., collisions, fire, spillage of food or liquid).

Alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
-
Improper storage, installation, wiring, or testing.
-
Use with unsuitable devices, software, or services.
-
-
Damage resulting from usage not in accordance with the documentation.
-
Damage caused by third-party equipment used with the Device.
-
Products used for commercial purposes or resale.
-
Products that are used, resold, or purchased second-hand.
-
Use of the Device for medical, healthcare, or treatment purposes.

Features or performance related to software or services beyond the Warranted Functionality of the Device.
Additional Clarifications:

This Warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free software, firmware, or online service functionality.

The Warranty is void if:

Labels on the Device are removed, damaged, or tampered with.

Unauthorized alterations are made, including the removal of components or external covers.

This Warranty does not cover:
-
Data loss or recovery costs.
-
Consequential or incidental damages.
-
Costs related to the removal, reinstallation, or recovery of data.
It is recommended that you back up, write down, and/or print your data regularly.
Limitation of Liability
StationPC is not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or revenue

Loss of data or device functionality
-
Replacement or substitute product costs
-
Claims from third parties
These limitations apply regardless of legal theory, even if StationPC was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranty Process:

The Consumer is responsible for shipping costs to send the Device to StationPC.

By sending the Device, you agree to transfer ownership to StationPC. The original Device may not be returned.

Replacement Devices will not contain your data.

StationPC warrants that any repaired or replaced Device is covered for the longer of either the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days from the receipt of the repaired or replacement Device.
Devices sent without a valid warranty claim or an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may:

Be rejected and returned at the sender's expense (prepayment required).

Be held for 30 days for pickup before disposal at StationPC's discretion.
How to Claim:
To obtain remedies under this Warranty, StationPC must receive the Consumer’s claim before the end of the Warranty Period. Please contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
